Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on your destination and the items in your order.

After you submit your order request, we will review your order and calculate the actual shipping cost. We will then send you an invoice with the final total and a secure payment link.

Please do not make any payment until you receive the final invoice from us.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or region are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the postal service, courier, or customs authorities upon import or delivery.

If a shipment is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges, we generally do not provide a refund.

If additional costs such as return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are incurred as a result of the return, these costs may also be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking the customs and import regulations of your destination country or region before placing an order.

Customs Declaration Value

We are unable to declare a lower value, change the actual purchase price, or provide false information on customs documents in order to reduce customs duties or taxes.

All customs declarations will contain accurate information regarding the shipment and its value.

We are also unable to mark commercial purchases as “gifts” for customs purposes.

Shipping & Tracking

After payment has been confirmed, your order will be carefully packed and shipped from Japan.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
